Chocolate fudge is one of the most famous and easiest desserts that a housewife makes in her kitchen, in addition to being one of the best desserts served on public or private occasions, as it can be prepared and eaten with remarkable ease, so in the following lines we will review how to make chocolate fudge with light ingredients.

Ingredients for chocolate fudge:
Bring a cup and a half of flour, two tablespoons of baking powder, bring a teaspoon of baking soda, 3 eggs, and vanilla, and do not forget the drops of vinegar. Bring half a cup of sugar, half a cup of hot water, half a cup of raw cocoa, and half a cup of oil, and to prepare Sauce: Get a can of sweetened condensed milk, a quarter kilo of raw chocolate, 3 tablespoons of Chantilly cream, and half a cup of iced milk.

How to prepare chocolate fudge:
Sift the flour with the baking powder and baking soda, mix them with the oil and cocoa, and leave them aside. Then prepare a mixer or an electric mixer, as available, and beat the eggs, vanilla, sugar, and vinegar. In the mixing bowl, put the cocoa, and do not forget to put a little water, then mix the liquids with the flour mixture. Pour the mixture into a tray greased with oil and flour, and place it in a preheated oven

Wait until it cools and open it with a toothpick. Prepare a cup of milk with a tablespoon of cocoa in it and water the cake well with it. Then put the condensed milk on the fire, add the chocolate to it and stir until it melts. Leave them until they cool completely, then beat the chantilly cream with the cold milk and mix it with the chocolate and stir well. Then put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours, put it on top of the cake and decorate it with nuts or grated chocolate.
